Meeting called to order at 6 pm. There were 10 members present. Pledge Allegiance was led by Dan Scott. One correction to minutes were approved as published on the website with date being corrected to 2008 by Jack Maxgay and seconded by Tom Patterson. Treasurer’s report was approved, Jack Maxgay first and Tom Patterson second.

OLD BUSINESS:

-John Deere tractor again was retabled. The problem is we need a volunteer to store the tractor.
-Discussion on spectator area to be discussed at next meeting. 

NEW BUSINESS:

-Maintenance on the fence was discussed. Huckleberry hedge fencing at $7.95 per 2 gallon bucket placed every 5 feet, or black fencing provided by Luke for free. Black fencing was decided upon with new piping for reinforcing it. Luke Simion first and Glen Walker seconding that motion.
-Spraying around bottom of fence and benches still needs to be discussed.
-Motion to purchase 100 "Forever Stamps" from Post Office before prices go up was passed with Jack Maxgay first and Tom Pirlo seconding.
-Dennie Gartland suggested to give out "different" prizes at funflies, for example, knives, jewelry, etc. Discussion was tabled.
-Tom Pirlo will put articles in newspaper about the clubs activities.
-Addition to our building was discussed. It will cost approximately $350. Tom Patterson will look into the price and there will be a vote on this matter at the next meeting.
-Fun fly dates were set as July 20th and August 24th. PLEASE MARK THIS ON YOUR CALENDAR. 

NEW MEMBERS
Jack Denny from Hubbard was welcomed into the club.

Tom Patterson donated back his 50/50 winnings of $19.

CORRESPONDENCE
-Skylarks of Sharon Swap Meet is 3/30 at 9am
-Flying at Neville Island Sat. 3/15 at 8 pm.
-Flying at the Buhl Club Sun 3/16 10-2
-Toledo is April 4-6. There are a few members looking for companionship for sharing rooms.
-Westerville, OH swap meet:March 22^nd.
-Girard OH golf dome fly in: March 29^th
